Who's Who on Behavioral Management


There are always other people — be they relatives, fellow commuters, neighbors, or coworkers — who we are at risk of tangling with - As Some one said.. 

If you work with some one you dont like .. Then you are here at the right page. Always it will be a brain drain when working with such jerks is a certain in affecting your attitude and energy levels and it will deduct money from your Emotional Intelligence bank account..

Avoidance is  a best strategy to hit the border and crisis...Still you will be turned off..and not always you can avoid.. What we can do is all to control our reactions proactively.. Using what if 's  and what we need to respond..proactively..instead of being reactive.. Its always better to have a relaxation technique.. This will always enhance your ability to handle the stress and the same way we shall divert ourselves from the stress and concentrate on the activity...

While working at a corporate setup, More than often we will be in a displeasure and tempt to bruise shoulders with one another. Say for example , The office gossips about some person X.. When Y and Z are talking about X. Y's statement targeted at Z about X is nothing but. The Y's frustuation is bestowed upon Z ..about X is actually a self laid pit that you are falling. The Z's vested interest and behavior will change towards Y. So, Y actually brought down Z. If you want to still have a better networking of friends. Then this network of friends need to be chosen carefully.Ideally, It is better to choose friends outside office network so that vent, dent, libel, slander are all possible .

Gone are those times where we have that age old concept of Work life balance that followed in the 18th 19 th century european countries successfully. With ethics and economics changing the game dynamics and we are always lagging behind in following the unsuccessful principle at this point of time. In a country where 45 hours per week is mandated, It is generally pushed more than 60 hours and it is encouraged to stay competitive in the market.. If we persist and resist.. In the Name of Globalisation, The piece of work will be distributed to a country's market who works more hours.

 It is always said , I am the favourite person for me.. The more differences we have with some one, we have more likely to have negative reaction, behavior to them.. Focus on the behaviour.. not the traits that will help you distinguish the typecastings , true likes and dislikes. So, Start with the Hypothesis that the person is doing things you dont like but is a good person..  We also need to understand whats your role in the bothering things..We shall find out easily that a reaction X triggered Y and inturns Z causing this hypothetical behaviour.  Accept that your reaction is a part of the problem and look out for patterns.. Wherever you go, There is a problem means.. There 's a problem in you...
